Should John Starks have his #3 retired for the Knicks?

Some people think John Starks should have is #3 retired for the Knicks. I think it is interesting when players get their jerseys retired anyway. It is just cool to see. Mitch Richmond got his #2 Kings jersey retired back in 2003 I think it was and Chris Webber is going to get his #4 Kings jersey retired in January. I think his should have his #4 jerseys for the Warriors and Wizards retired also. That would be cool! I think it will be cool if Kobe gets both his #8 and #24 jerseys retired for the Lakers when he done playing because I don't think any player has ever had 2 different jersey #s retired for the same team before.
