Is there blood in my earwax?

Hello. So lately there has been a lot of wax build up in my ears (I havn't been to the doctor for cleaning in awhile), especially in my left, but this problem comes from my right ear. So very often, pieces of wax will just fall out of my ears because there is so much in there. A couple minutes ago, a piece of wax fell out of my ear, and it wasn't the usual orange color- it was some kind of brownish-reddish color. I think there may be blood in it, and I know blood in your ears is not exactly the best thing to see. I have, however, been recently trying to get the wax out very aggressively, and last night I made my right ear hurt while trying to get the wax out. Also, I was just at the beach yesterday, and water was constantly getting in my ears. So do you think there was really blood in the wax? Or do you think it was something else? I started having a lot of pain in my ligaments, muscles, and bones after I had some sort of viral infection. This pain was on going for a long time so I went to see the doctor who did some blood tests. The results were that I had a ridiculously high number of normal red blood cells and a high ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate, which measures inflammation). All my hormone levels were normal, with the exception of an extremely high level of testosterone and DHT. No I do not do steroids. Despite my not eating almost at all I my muscles started to grow like crazy (I have stretch marks from growth and increased weight gain). My bodyfat has gone down to extremely low levels (almost dangerously). I also started to grow again which was confirmed each visit by my doctor who is baffled at what is happening (I have grown over 1 inch in 3 months. I have to do more blood tests now. They have ruled out anything systemic and they have also ruled out cancer of the pituitary gland, thyroid or any other cancer.What could this be?

Towards the end of last year I quit my main vice (Pot smoking). Ever since then I have been losing weight like crazy, going from 155 pounds to my current weight of 137 (I guess not eating a 3rd dinner at 2 A.M. makes you lose weight, who knew?). First time builder, Need help!?

Did you turn on the switch on the back of the PSU? Everything on the front of the tower, power on, reset on, usb ports, headphone and mike jacks, etc are connected by all those little single wires to the motherboard. You have to be a little careful when hooking them up. My tower and motherboard instructions could have been a tad clearer. It was my first build. Only thing to do is to double check everything. PSU connections, re-seat the ram and graphic card, if not on-board, hard drive and DVD connections, etc. Then go from there. Then I guess you would have to consider some DOA hardware possibility. How can I stop my male cat from beating up my 2 females?

We have a 1 yr old male, a 5 yr old female, and a 9 yr old female cat. We've had all since they were kittens and all have been spayed or neutered. Everything was fine until about 4 months ago and Sonny (as in Santino Corleone! go figure) started having cat fights with Roxy and Duchess. At first they were horrible as the females tried to fight him. (Try getting woken up from a sound sleep with 2 fighting cats IN YOUR BED!) But now they don't fight back - he just chases them away all the time. He chases away from their food, the litter boxes, anywhere they might be sleeping. We tried getting a large cat condo so all could have their own space and he chases them out of there. It's awful! He's a good cat otherwise. But we can't stand the others being so mistreated. I am a wreck over the loss of my 11 yr old schipperke. She was my best friend. i am so confused as to the events over the last 3week prior, She was having breathing problems about 3 weeks ago. I took her to emergency vet, and they did xrays blood work etc. and told me she was having indegestion,and gave me enzymes. Last Sat it was worse, she started breathing heavy and looked very scared i took her to my regular vet and within 5 min told me she had a huge m on her liver.(Cancer) and was bleeding out.. within an hour she died in my arms. i will never forget this. Restraining order trial.... how do they work....?

I recently filed a restraining order in my county against an ex girlfriend who broke into my house and stole my dog. She has also filed one against me simultaneously stating that I went to hear house and got the dog back. I have police reports showing her at my residence and I was never at hers. How do these proceedings work when you show up. I need to know since I'll be going to two of them next week. Also, they are asking for court fees to be paid and return of the property that they are missing......which the property they are missing is a dog that we both have rights to. Best guard dog breed for a family?

Looking for opinions on breeds that do well with children, but are naturally wary of strangers and protective of the household. I know that any dog will bark to protect its owner, but prefer the larger guardian breeds such as the GSD, Bullmastiff, and Rottweiler, etc. I'm currently in my early 20s and single, but expect to have children during the dog's lifespan and would prefer to look for a breed that is known to do well with kids. My best friend Bridget has a bit of an emotional issue, and im scared to death of how she will end up. Me and her have been unseperabe since 4th grade and she was all happy happy, never got angry at anyone and was a cheerleader and stuff, until Her parents divorced right before she was in 8th grade. But since the day she was born she has witnesed her dad beat her mom, ALL THE TIME. Her mom would have blood all over her face, her lip busted and all of that. They had zero money what-so-ever because of the fact her mom didnt want a job and couldnt really get a reall one because she was a high school drop out. The 3 of them moved into an abuse shelter. They all got along because life for them was good that they finally got away from her father. A few months later Cat got on section-8 housing, food stamps and used Shelbys disability check to pay for her own car payment and her cell phone payment ect. Cat didnt use Shelbys check for her daughter, she used it for her own enjoyment. Well as soon as they started living on food stamps, Cat started sleeping around with multipul men. And when i say multipul i mean, MULTIPUL. Trust me, ive witnessed it. Cat would leave about 6 at night and go to bars with her friends that were 20 years younger than her and would come home at 3 in the morning with a new guy, while she had a boyfriend that was at his house or whereever, so Cat cheated on them. Cat soon got 'too tired' to take Bridget to school, since the school she went to was 2 cities over Bridget was late for school atleast twice a week. And every other week she would miss a day of school because of her. This is what really upset Bridget. While Bridget would tell her mom how this upset her, with the guys and school, Cat would get so angry and start the biggest fights ever, that usually ended up with her mom hitting her in the face. She didnt wanna hear the truth. This is when Bridget started to change. She got angry very easily, and she HATED everyone. She was always stressed. She was no longer the happy Bridget i knew, she hated everything and everyone, didnt care about anything or anybody, her grades dropped and turned to alcohol and she would always steal. Fights got horrible between them over 3 months. They again moved into a new place and Cats partying and cheating habits died. They still continued to argue but this time even worse. They started fighting over little things. For example, one time I was there it was 6 in the morning and we were sleeping and her mom busted in her room demanding her to braid her hair. Bridget said no once, and her mom hauled off and BASHED Bridget in the face. Her mom always hit Bridget in the face. Here lately evets like that have started getting worse. Cat then again beat her face but this time even worse splitting her lip open saying she was unruly. Just now Bridget came over balling her eyes out saying her mom wont stop hitting her. Never before in my whole entire life have i seen bridget cry. Not when her grandma died, nothing. This is how i know it has really gotten bad. This whole year bridget has done nothing but hold in all her sadness and anger towards her mom and everybody. She let alllll of it out when she came to my house today. I was scared for her life. I was shaking and in shock, i didnt know what to do i just looked at her listening to everything she had to say. Her mom busted in my house and demanded Bridget to get in her car. UGH, I know! I love all of the names you listed at the beginning (Blake, Mckenzie, Ashley, Addison, McKenna, Paisley) and REALLY dislike the ones you listed after that (except for Noelle, which I do see the appeal of) and for some reason somebody decided June, April, August, and May are the only months we can name our children after. Valentines day last year was horrible for me. I was used by my no good rotten EX for what you can imagine. At the end of the day I felt terrible and was so discouraged I thought that I would never find anyone who could possibly treat me like I expected a real man to. Only a week later I was talking to my friend about what had happened, and she happened to think of her cousin who had also been through the same thing. We talked on the phone and from the first time that I heard his voice I could tell that there was something special about him. We talked for several weeks before he told me that he loved me but when he did it was the perfect fairy tale moment that only happens in those sappy disney films. I bever believed in soul mates before or love at first sight, in November we got married, and now I am sharing a first with my new husband, our first valentine's day together, and I do believe that he is my sould mate and I could not ask for anyone any better. The best part of the story is the gift that I am giving him this valentine's day. I just found out that I am pregnant with our first child. We have tried for a while to concieve, and finally we are pregnant. Im ALWAYS tired?

Im 17, I sleep a good 7-8 hours a night, my eating habits are fine; but i feel very tired all the time. I wake up and feel totally drained of energy and it pretty much continues for the day. I used to drink coffee which helped but i stopped a long time ago. I have no idea, but it really sucks. I think that it is just people are too busy to look at each individual and so they give in to categories, it takes less time, less intelligence, and is all around the easiest way to get on with life. Getting dentures at 23?

Hi. I'm a married 48 yo woman, just so you know where I'm coming from. I would think that being in pain (which probably affects the way you look too), having nasty looking teeth (yuck!) and constantly being too embarred to smile would be enough to make up your mind. Yes, you are only 23, but at 23, you should be obsessing about a lot of other things besides your teeth! There are probably a lot more people that you know that have dentures than you realize. Yes, dentures can be a nuisance. They take some getting used to, but once you do, having a nice smile and being able to show it makes it worth the bother. And, anyone that would be worth having shouldn't be turned off or disgusted by a nice set of teeth, even false ones. If they are that shallow, then you don't need them in your life. As far as implants go, I myself am looking at getting partial implants. They only have to implant two posts in your lower gums and the whole lower plate just snaps down onto it. The problem most people have (I've heard, anyway); is that the lower plate tends to move around and this particular type of implant solves that problem. The upper plate, because it covers the entire roof of your mouth, stays in place due to the suction created. As long as they are properly fitted, that is. My husband (49) and most of his 7 siblings all have dentures and they all have much nicer smiles now than they did when they had their own teeth. My advice to you is this: Go get yourself a nice set of fakers and as a bonus you'll also get a big boost in your self confidence. Smile on!!
