If Schwarzenegger could run for prez, he would win by a landslide- true or false?

Yeah I know he was born in Austria so it won't happen. But he is overwhelmingly popular, especially among young voters. And given the complete turd that he inherited from Davis, California is doing a lot better now (if it wasn't the story would be on CNN every night and CNN has been quiet). Would Arnold win the presidency in '08 if he had to face Obama or Clinton? Being Gov of the most populated state has got to trump any Senator in terms of experience.
