Pregnant and love the smell of dettol, rubber tyres, washing powder.. why is this?

Dunno what it is but with both previous pregnancies have had the same cravings and used to crush ice in my teeth? not got to this stage yet withthis 3rd pregnancy. I adore the smell of my hot water bottle and can't stop cleaning to get the smell of disinfectant! mmmm! Not had any problems in past with any deficencies eg iron etc. so any clues on why the strange cravings? half way to go!
