I have a valentines day problem! can someone help?

so i was going to go out shopping today to get my boyfriend this nice unc hat and a teddy bear with chocolates and also get an outfit for thursday but, considering the weather conditions i cant go out because the roads are just so bad and i dont want to just bake cookies and give it to him i want to do something nice because he already got my present and i dont want to give a little dinky present when his is really nice! so does anyone have any good ideas?
