Why does he call me 'little kathy'?

He considers you a little sister. He probably likes taking care of you and he's probably very protective of you. Or maybe it's part of his plan to get close to you because he has a crush on you. Either way, he's attracted to you and he likes to be close to you. That's why he makes up the nicknames.
