I want to move to another city and go to school there. which part of arlington, tx is the best part to live in?

I want to move, but I'm a little scared since I don't know anyone. I've researched places, but i'm afriad to move into a bad neighborhood, but I still have a budget, so I don't want to spend more than 600 a month. where should I move?
