I need a cute outfit for a parade to wear!?

okay well im going to be in a parade because i won elaine country christmas pageant!I have to be in four and i need a cute outfit to wear.Remember its going to be cold!Any ideas of what to wear just let me know.And by the way if you live around Helena,Ar like in Marvell or Elaine or Forrest City and you know a place that lets you rent comfortables and/or hummers please give me a website or number to get to it.Thanks a lot. :D
