Does anyone know what the song "Over the Edge" by LA Guns is about?

I have picture in my head of a guy just meditating by the ocean , having a seance, or maybe contemplating suicide due to the lyrics "seven candles burn so bright, full moon behind a veil, the ocean crashing in my head, outside the sirens wail"..Its kinda an eerie song, but it is still one of my favorites
