HOW ANGRY WOULD YOU BE ABOUT THIS?

i booked a holiday to barcelona for a birthday present for my boyfriend ( i booked it in january) Then in march he told me his dad had booked him to go home to zimbabwe at the same time becuase he didn't know. My boyfriend said could i rebook the holiday for august and he would pay for it (around 100 pounds) so i rebooked the apartment and asked him to rebook the flights. He STILL hasn't rebooked the flights no matter how many times i asked him. now they cost 300 pounds he says he can't afford it so we cant go. i am sooooo angry! I've been looking foward and planning this since christmas, im so so mad i won't talk to him, what do you think about this??
